Environment

Windows 7 64bit Opera English
ABP version Version 1.8.3.1207

How to reproduce

Access any webpage containing a .png file (e.g: wikypedia).
Use the "Block element" function on a specific .png file (e.g: link).
Check the added filters list and notice the .png file appears on the list.
Reload the page where the .png file was blocked and notice it is still viewable.
Recheck the added filters list and observe that the respective exact file still appears as blocked.

Observed behaviour

Upon blocking a .png file on  a website, the filter remains active within the Adblock filter list but the element reappears after a refresh of the page.

Expected behaviour

A specific blocked element should not reappear after a page refresh.
