Description (last modified by trev)

How to reproduce

  1. Create an Adblock Plus for Chrome development build.
  2. Try to upload it to Chrome Web Store.

Observed behaviour

Error message: "The name translation in locale te is too long: 46. It exceeds maximum size limit of 45 characters"

Expected behaviour

The extension name shouldn't exceed maximum length.

Hints for testers

Nothing to test here, this is only really affecting our Chrome Web Store uploads.

  • Platform changed from Unknown to Chrome
  • Review URL(s) modified (diff)

The current review fixes the translation (removing whitespace is enough) and adds a comment on the length restriction. After committing these changes will have to be implemented in Crowdin as well of course.
