Description (last modified by philll)
Environment
Device: Nexus 5, rooted
OS: CM 11-20141008-SNAPSHOT-M11-hammerhead
Browser: AOSP Stock Browser version 4.4.4-a2f1e2122b
How to reproduce
- Using the stock browser on CM, go to: https://adblockplus.org/devbuilds/adblockplusandroid/00latest.apk
- Download the latest devbuild of ABP
- Go to the notification menu (or "Downloads") and click on the downloaded APK
Observed behaviour
Clicking on the downloaded ABP APK, will give you the error "Can't open file"
Expected behaviour
The initiation of the installation process is expected, just as if the apk is downloaded with another browser before.

Added a screenshot with an overview of the downloaded APKs. As you can see, the *.apk that have the Android icon, are downloaded through Chrome, the *.apk's with a blank icon are downloaded through the stock browser.
