We are placing part of the meta tags (title, description) inside body tag, which can have impact on SEO.

What to change

Put meta tags for title and description inside head tag.

@saroyanm: I reverted your changes. The current website actually has all the <meta> tags correctly in the page header. The migrated content currently leaves the <meta> tags in the page body however - so this is blocking #2035.
