The filter servers that turned out to remain unstable although no further issues have been found are to be decommissioned.

This requires removing them from Puppet before, cancel the contract, and remove them from DNS (A/AAAA/TXT/SPF) afterwards. Backups are already done, yet they need to be shared with @trev and @Kirill --

Note that this ticket is related to (not blocked by) #2589. It's somehow blocked by #2588, at least finishing that first would allow for cleaner patch-sets and less operational effort.

Scheduled for decommission on Friday, June 5th: filter{7,8,9,14,15,18}
Backups have been taken and published, Puppet updates have been applied, DNS records will be taken care of Friday.
