Create Microsoft Edge coming soon landing page

Background

As mentioned in #2843 we need to create Microsoft Edge coming soon landing page.

What to change

We need to create page similar to the one in the attachment, with changes described in the bullet points below:

• Create new landing page. URL for new page -> ​​https://adblockplus.org/en/edge
• Add Microsoft Edge icon to the homepage icon list.
• Replace video with promotional image.
• Show "Get a heads-up prior to the launch!" text below features block.
• Create email submission form.
  • the email should be submitted to the web service created by #2846.
  • the email should pass simple HTML5 form validation and show "Please enter a valid email address" message below the form in case of 400 response code.
  • Replace the form with "A confirmation email has been sent. Please check your email and click the confirmation link." after successful submission.
  • the input "name" attribute value should be "email".
  • Have 2 hidden input that will submit value for page locale and product that will have "name" attribute values lang and product.
  • "Your email address" should be placeholder for the input field.
  • "Notify me" is text inside the submit button.

• Below the form show text "Download Adblock Plus for other platforms".
• Show icons below.
