Background
With #2928 we are uploading new icon for acceptableads.org so it will show correctly on IOS devices, but for consistency reasons we need favicon.ico to be hosted on acceptableads.org server root, as it done for adblockplus.org
What to change
Upload favicon.ico to acceptableads.org server root, to be accessible by current url: https://acceptableads.org/favicon.ico.
