Environment
Mac + OS X 10.7 + Safari + English
ABP version 1.9.2.1471
How to reproduce
- Load http://www.london24.com/news/quirky-london/giant_4d_sea_shell_comes_to_london_s_southbank_1_4191266 page
- Click browser File-> Save option and save page as webarchive
- Load just saved webarchive in Safari browser
- Click ABP button
- Check if Block Element option appears in menu
- Right click any image on the page and see Block Element option doesn't appear in context menu
Observed behaviour
Block element option doesn't appear in menu.
Block functionality doesn't work on webarchive page.
Expected behaviour
Block element option should appear in menu.

This behaviour is correct.
(I believe the "block element" tool will should only be available for pages with a URL that starts with http: or https:.)

Reproduced this issue, but I´m not sure if this functionality is out of scope ?

Confirmed on OS X 10.10 Safari 8.0.6 and ABP 1.10.
