Description

Background

The adblockplus.org/subscriptionStatus page isn't terribly useful, it always reports lots of links to be bad for some reason. I already removed that page from server16.

What to change

Remove sitescripts.subscriptions.bin.updateStatusPage script generating that page, it is unused now.
