What to change

Make sure we count requests with the special parameter set by #537 as if it was the first request ever made by the client. This definitely affects the log processor, probably also the user counter.

Is this issue still relevant? If so, it would be good to specify here which scripts would be affected and where the information about the download counts should end up. Pending this information I will unset the Ready flag for now.

Don't think it is, in my understanding we have stopped to use the old log processor and user counter.
