Stating: "Some of the students started to focus more AA monitoring" does not explain this (from Student Help Monitoring to AA Monitoring Specialist) change. e.g.

  • You removed "Student Help"
    • Are they now regular full time employees?
  • You added "AA"
    • Did they not monitor Acceptable Ads before?
    • Should this be "AA" or "Acceptable Ads"?

"Should this be AA or Acceptable Ads?" is the only question that I need answered to complete this change.

"Are they now regular full time employees?"
No, but since we don't give away the contract status of other colleagues on the website and it's not a job title as well, I decided to leave that out.

"Did they not monitor Acceptable Ads before?"
They did and most of them solely did that. We merely didn't manage to keep one well-defined title.

"Should this be "AA" or "Acceptable Ads"?"
Good catch, of course to the outer public, "Acceptable Ads" makes way more sense.
