How to reproduce
1.Enable the ABP app.
2.Filter Subscription -Easy List
3.Uncheck Acceptable Adds
2.Now open the Pool Billiard App. if you not have You can download from the Google Play.
Observe: Add or not blocking on the non browser APP

The play store offers loads of pool billiard apps, from which I don't know, which to chose to verify your issue. Apart from that, please check, whether there is a filter in Easylist that should block this ad. If not, it is not an application bug but a filter issue, which shall not be covered here.
