Description

Background

Currently we are only supporting a subscription for only 1 language in IE.

What to change

We should support multiple subscriptions, one of which should be acceptable ads subscription. (See: ​http://codereview.adblockplus.org/5338025085108224/diff/5629499534213120/src/engine/Main.cpp#newcode125)
