Environment
Windows 7 32bit Chrome English
ABP version 1.8.3.1204
How to reproduce
- Install ABP extension on Chrome
- Load any website page, for example http://maanimo.com/
- Click ABP icon and select "Block element" option
- Hover any element on the page and click it
- When Add Filters window opens observe it
Observed behaviour
Add Filters window always opens empty without any filters.
Expected behaviour
Add Filters window should not be empty and should display a text filter like "maanimo.com##.block.short", when select any element on the page.

there are extensions in conflict with ABP, for example it was reported lastpass, so ...
