Description
Background
Currently, Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer uses shortened locale names where it makes sense - meaning de rather then de-DE for example. This matches the approach used by Firefox so no mapping of locales needs to be performed. The installer however uses full locale names for every locale but English, this is inconsistent.
What to change
Change locale names in the installer to use the ones used by the application itself.
