Description (last modified by oleksandr)
Adapted from https://www.passbrains.com/dashboard/view-ticket.php?ticket_no=AIN-17
Environment
Windows 7 32bit Internet Explorer 11 English
ABP version 1.2.636.0
How to reproduce
Prerequisites: install ABP on Win 7 64Bit IE11
- Open IE 11 browser with installed extension
- Launch installer again in order to remove ABP
-> 'Would you like to shut down IE in order to avoid having to reboot' popup is displayed
- Answer Yes in the popup ' 'Would you like to shut down IE in order to avoid having to reboot' '
-> 'Would you like the installer to close IE for you' popup is displayed now
- At this time close IE browser manually
- Click cancel in the popup 'Would you like the installer to close IE for you'
-> 'Would you like to shut down IE in order to avoid having to reboot' popup is displayed again
- Answer Yes
-> -> 'Would you like the installer to close IE for you' popup is displayed now again though IE has been already closed
Observed behaviour
You can proceed clicking Yes and then Cancel in these 2 popups with closed IE and installation won't recognize IE had been closed.
Expected behaviour
Installation should stop asking whether you want to close IE once it has been manually closed.

- Priority changed from Unknown to P3
- Ready set
This might happen if there are no open IE windows, but the iexplore.exe processes are still running. We need to figure out a solution for that case as well.

One more similar scenario here with IE being opened during the installation:
-> the following message is displayed 'IE Is still running. Please close and then click OK' though IE is already closed.
-> clicking OK cancels installation at all
