Description
Background
Let's say I want to hide an element div.spam on example.com/index.html but not on example.com/spam.html. The current element hiding system doesn't support that, but I need it.
What to change
I want element hiding rules to support example.com/page.html##div.example (hiding on a page-by-page basis)
