How to reproduce

Tested on Mobile App Europe

1) disable all browsers
2) open abp 
3) press on the help link in the action bar

Nexus 7, Android 4.4.4

Observed behaviour

App crashes

Expected behaviour

get a message saying that help cant be displayed
