Background

We're currently sending all monitoring and some cron mails to ​admins@adblockplus.org. Since we also use it for other things, we should have a dedicated recipient for monitoring mails.

What to change

Send these emails to a dedicated mailing list, e.g. monitoring@* or notifications@*.
