Environment

Asus + Nexus 7 + Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
Rooted device: No
ABP version 1.2.1.341

How to reproduce

  1. Install app and do not set up device proxy to allow traffic from ABP
  2. Open Notifications list and tap "Waiting for traffic on port 2020" notification
  3. Tap Menu-> Show Advanced Settings
  4. Tap Proxy option to disable it
  5. Tap Proxy option again to enable it
  6. Open Notifications list and see "Waiting for traffic on port 2020" notification disappears and "Allowing ads on WiFi connection" notification appears though there are no traffic available on port 2020.

Observed behaviour

"Waiting for traffic on port 2020" notification changes to "Allowing ads on WiFi connection" notification  after switching off/on Proxy option.

Expected behaviour

"Waiting for traffic on port 2020" notification should appear and should not change to "Allowing ads on WiFi connection" notification after disabling and enabling Proxy option.
