Description

We do need a spare GNU/Linux device, in order to be able to immediately provide one when e.g. a developers machine breaks down.

What to do

Use one of the spare Lenovo E330 and set it up with either Debian Jessie or a recent Ubuntu LTS, incorporating all the general security constraints and the other setup tweaks (as discussed). Use "changeme" for all passwords, including the HD encryption (we'll change them afterwards). Note that there is no need for a user account (beside the common system administator) yet - we'll create those on demand.

Currently Debian Jessie with Gnome 3 is used with the specified security constraints as discussed.
