Background
The new anti adblock notification is confusing to some users and they don't know what it is about.

Complaint via e-mail:
Nun bekomme ich heute eine absolut nervige Anzeige, die fragt: "Zielgerichtete Nachrichten ausblenden? Diese seite hat in der Vergangenheit Adblock Plus Nutzern gezielt Nachrichten angezeigt. Soll Adblock Plus Nachrichten dieser Art verstecken?" Stamm das von Ihnen? Wenn ja, wie kommt es , dass Sie einem nicht erklären, welche Folgen das hat, wenn man Ja oder Nein klickt? Was passiert, wenn man das ignoriert?
What to change
Adding a "More Information" link to the message that points to a page which explains what it is about or just adding a tooltip.

Reducing priority to P4 since it appears to be a minor issue for which there's no easy solution yet.

Closing this ticket because there were no further reports as far as I'm aware of and due to the issues we're having with finding a good solution. We can reopen it again if it turns out to be an actual problem but as of right now this does not appear to be the case.
