How to reproduce

go to mail.yahoo.com
the ad from the inbox (at the top of my yahoo mail inbox - the first "email") is not hidden

it should be hidden as happens in chrome / firefox, using the easylist filter:
mail.yahoo.com###slot_MB

On IE11 this should be resolved by #119. The traverser has to be fixed anyway.

It's not always not hidden. One has to open another "folder" (Drafts, Spam, etc) and then come back to Inbox to get it. It seems there is no any loading event, so the traverser is not triggered.
