Description
Background
This will fix two bugs affecting contributors using Git:
- #1777 ensure_dependencies.py fails to detect unknown Git revisions
- #1778 Generate proper build numbers when working with Git repositories
What to change
Updating dependency and running ensure_dependencies.py (thus updating ensure_dependencies.py) should be sufficient.
