Environment
Adblock Plus for Maxthon (version 4.4.4.800) doesn't offer the "Block Element" feature yet. This should be added to keep the ABP functionality unified.
Observed behaviour
The "Block Element" feature is absent.
Expected behaviour
The "Block Element" feature should be accessible through the UI
