Description

## Problem
We are running our application over the amazon network. Now we got a lot of complains about our content being broken. After some debugging me and my team noticed that amazonaws.com is being blocked by ​http://malwaredomains.lehigh.edu/files/domains.txt

We also discovered that ABP uses this to discover if malware is present of the site.
So if ABP is not enabled we get all the data, if it is we don't.

After some googling we noticed more people are having the same problem. Could you please add an standard filter to not block requests from/to amazonaws.com
