How to reproduce

  1. Go to YouTube.com
  2. Select one of the videos (choose a popular one, where also ads are served (e.g: ​https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsCQh8DYLWw in Germany)

Observed behaviour

The video won't play for +/- 15 seconds. Could be the time of the ad.

Expected behaviour

The video should start play directly, without ads or delay.
