Filter subscription downloading is hanging with text 'Downloading...' lot of times. But When browser is closed and opened, it is showing time.

Environment
Windows + 8 64bit + Maxthon + English
How to reproduce
- Select "Add filter subscription".
- Add a filter (any).
- Once downloaded, remove the just added filter with the X.
- Attempt to add the same filter from Step 2.
- Wait ~30+ seconds.
- Observe filter status text is stuck at "Downloading..." and does not switch to displaying the last updated/downloaded time.
This appears to occur 5/5 times attempted.
Observed behaviour
Filter subscription downloading is hanging with text 'Downloading...' lot of times. But When browser is closed and opened, it is showing time.
Expected behaviour
Filter subscription should be downloaded fast and display time of downloading.

Can you please retry with the latest build? I do admit that it's sometimes slower than it probably should be, but waiting for a few seconds (

Yes, it is happening with new version also. Try with deleted filter list also.

I could reproduce this, but with different steps (edited above).
