Relocating the "Update Now" button in ABP for Maxthon

Description

Background

The "Update Now" button to update the filterlists is not located in a logical position. Currently it is located in the bottom of the ABP settings UI.

What to change

It is recommended to relocate this button above the filterlists. Another alternative would be to rename the button to "Update filters"
