Environment

Samsung + Galaxy S3 + Android 4.3

How to reproduce

Block ads in a web site.
Then open Adblock settings 
Filtering rules looks Easy list
Kill Maxthon browser app
Then open again the app
Filtering rules field turns into empty field.

Observed behaviour

Filtering rules field turns into empty field.

Expected behaviour

After the killing Maxthon browser app, Filtering rules field does not be empty.
