Description
On ABP Options ( chrome-extension://cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb/options.html ) add individual update buttons as an alternative to the monolithic single update button, thus allowing a choice of methods.
Sometimes one wants to just update one tiny list without having to swallow down all the rest for no good reason at the moment.
Also sometimes one just wants to update one good list while avoiding changing other lists.

One notes in e.g., TamperMonkey one can click checkboxes next to each script one wants, and then from an Actions drop-down menu, select Update...

the entire interface is redesigned, so probably the devs will take care of all these aspects
