Description
Background
This will introduce the first-run page improvements implemented in #2046.
What to change
Updating the dependency should be sufficient.
Hints for testers
These changes only affect the first-run functionality, especially the way it works in different languages (I suggest testing with English, French, Arabic, Chinese).
