Description (last modified by greiner)
Background
Currently, we are intercepting clicks on anchor tags linking to a URI starting with "abp:" to handle "abp:subscribe" links. This approach, however, is suboptimal because it doesn't provide a good user experience for people who don't have an adblocker installed that supports this feature and those links can also not be shared on many popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Google+.
Therefore we should extend the existing mechanism to also intercept links to "subscribe.adblockplus.org". This would allow us to set up a landing page under that domain to provide a good user experience for people without Adblock Plus and it would also allow us to make those links shareable on other platforms without sacrificing backwards compatibility with existing "abp:subscribe" links.

I'd advise against using those links in production still due to the fact that there's no fallback webpage for them yet. Technically speaking, however, the links can already be used to subscribe to filter lists so I guess we can consider it fixed.
Thomas, is this fixed?
