Background
Currently in dev build changelogs issues are wrongly linking to
https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=###
Exmple: https://downloads.adblockplus.org/devbuilds/adblockplus/00latest.changelog.xhtml
What to change
They should link to the respective issue in our issue tracker:
https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/###
