Description
Background
Currently, share.adblockplus.org, youtube.adblockplus.me, facebook.adblockplus.me, acceptableads.org are all hosted on the same server as adblockplus.org.
What to change
- Get separate servers and SSL certificates for these websites.
- Create configuration for them - just display CMS content from the repositories created in #2495, nothing special.
- Provision the servers.

Note that they aren't yet listed in DNS with their correct names (that's #2499). Until then, there will be a certificate warning.
