Samsung + Galaxy S 2 HD + Android 4.0

How to reproduce

Settings -> adblocking ->configure your filter subscriptions

Observed behaviour

looping circle with description "fetching available subscriptions..."
waited for 30 min... no progress no result

Expected behaviour

Configure subscriptions
