Background
In #1697 we've set up an internal devbuild update backend for Adblock Browser. Now that we've released it, we should set this up properly. #2571 adds the handler to sitescripts, we need to run this handler on downloads.adblockplus.org.
What to change
Run the Adblock Browser devbuild update handler on downloads.adblockplus.org.
It should be cached in the same way as currently in servercontent.
