Background
Specific filters for use by the test pages have been added to the official filter lists by Arthur:
I added the following filter to EasyList: testpages.adblockplus.org###abptest
And this exception rule to our Acceptable Ads whitelist: testpages.adblockplus.org#@##abptest
What to change
Update the test pages to make use of these new filters entries.

@Ross while you are owner of testpages.adblockplus.org I think it's okey that you can set testpages.adblockplus.org tickets ready and implement them, but please also prioritize them.
@Philll should we consider testpages as submodule for websites module, that Ross can handle tickets related to that module ?
There wasn't an official discussion, so just would like to align with you regarding that. I think that should be fine.
