Environment
Mac + OS X 10.7 + Safari + English
ABP version 1.8.12.1407
How to reproduce
- Install ABP extension on Safari
- Load maanimo.com website
- Click ABP button in several seconds after site finishes loading
- Now press apple+R keys on keyboard to refresh the page
- When page reloads click Block element option and hover any element on the page
Observed behaviour
No one element is highlighted on the page when hover it. Block element option doesn't function when reload page with opened ABP menu.
Expected behaviour
Hovered elements should become highlighted. Block element option should function.

I'm closing all issues related to the legacy Safari extension, as it has been discontinued in favor of an App Extension that doesn't share any code with the old extension.

Reproduced as described.
Refreshing the page with the popup UI open causes Block element to not work. Whereas with the same build in Chrome 43 Block element still works after refreshing the page with the popup open.
