Description

Environment

Windows 7 64-bit
Firefox Nightly 41.0a1 (2015-06-22)
ABP 2.6.9.3954 (also effects 2.6.9.1)

How to reproduce

Attempt to do a clean install of ABP (beit uninstall and install again, or using a fresh profile).

Observed behaviour

ABP appears in the add-ons list, but is completely dead. Clicking Filter Preferences does nothing, the ABP button cannot be added to the browser, nothing.
The Browser Console spits out a warning about "Exception running bootstrap method startup" as well.

Expected behaviour

ABP should function properly.
