Description

Observed behaviour

The Target selection tests under Notification handling are running for ~40 seconds on my machine. That's far too long, considering that these tests are running in Firefox which is (without E10S) fully blocked during that time.

Expected behaviour

The tests should run much faster, ideally less than 5 seconds.
