Description
Background
As noted in the #2844 we need to replace the video on adblockplus.org homepage with the promotional "Coming soon" image for Microsoft Edge users.
What to change
Replace the video on adblockplus.org with the "coming soon" promotional image for Microsoft Edge users.
Notes
Please note this ticket is not ready yet it's created so I could mark #2844 as ready and we can start work on it, as soon the coming soon image will be provided I'll attach the image to ticket and remove the "Notes".

While we are changing layout for all other pages with #2870, I do think we can go with the initial image of coomming soon page that @Sven provided.
In case we will have a new image meanwhile I'll create a new ticket.
