Description

Environment

Android 5.1.1 on Nexus 6 using either Sprint or Google's Project Fi.
ADP 1.3 build# 362.
Subscription: EasyList (last update 8/11/2015).

How to reproduce

  1. Attempt to activate Sprint/Project Fi service, or go to Settings -> More -> Cellular networks -> Update PRL.

Observed behaviour

Activation/PRL update never completes. Logcat shows the following errors:

https://oma.ssprov.sprint.com:443/oma - IOException error
Unexpected response code for CONNECT: 500

Expected behaviour

Activation/PRL update should complete properly.
