Description

Background

Once #2896 is fixed we want to migrate our development build users to AMO's beta channel.

What to change

Stop updating our update manifest, the current version should not be overwritten. Once that is done we can manually enter an AMO-signed version as an update - people will be able to update to this one even if signing is enforced in their Firefox version, and then they will be on AMO's update channel.
