Background

We currently show all users a first run slide that tells them about the beta community. That one is, however, only relevant for devbuild/beta users. Since we cannot detect beta users yet (see #2937), we just need to disable it for now.

What to change

Keep the first run slide that mentions the beta community from showing up. We can refer to #2937 as a follow-up in the code.
