Description

Background

With #2899 we have created web.adblockbrowser.org repository, which going to be available to public by #3026, but we still need this to synced with the equivalent name github repository.

What to change

Create ​https://github.com/adblockplus/web.adblockplus.org github repository and sync it with ​https://hg.adblockplus.org/web.adblockbrowser.org
