Description (last modified by saroyanm)
Background
As you can see from #3049 adblockbrowser.org is having problem to redirect users to the right localized page, this appears after my quick fix (changing the localization settings accordingly as described in current ticket) before running the translation synchronization script, the problem mostly is because we currently on the server using underline "_" for region separation while in Crowdin dash "-" is used I think that would be useful to convert underline to dash in the translation script before requestion translations from crowdin
What to change
Convert underlines to dash for "langnames" before requesting them from crowdin.

This isn't correct, the issue there has nothing to do with underscores, see 3049#comment:9.

- Blocking 3049 removed
I think also would be great if will be possible to specify mapping in the settings page, in that case I will be able to make the changes on Website side, to match the locales from crowdin.
