Improve arrow animation when closing tab view and quick menu.

Background
When closing the quick menu or the tab view, the arrow down is disappearing as the last item, which looks not smooth.
What to change
Animate the arrow down from bottom to top, when the closing mechanism is triggered.

So does this mean that once bottom menu or list of tabs starts collapsing, the small arrow should slowly move up until it completely disappears (and by that time the menu/tab view will be closed)?

I've been able to reproduce this (on any device with any iOS version, obviously). If this doesn't mean extensive core changes, I'm all for a fix. Set ready/priority accordingly.
