  1. Go to ​https://adblockbrowser.org/
  2. Click on "Email me the download link"
  3. Scroll down

Observed behaviour

Overlay background scrolls with the page.

Expected behaviour

Overlay background stays where it is.

What to change

Add position: fixed to #overlay element.
