Description

Background

When you currently assign an issue that's in the new state to yourself, it changes to the assigned state. If you never really started on something that was assigned to you, you'll want to unassign it again, i.e. move it back to the new state.

What to change

I'm not sure what the best way to implement this, but I think it should be possible to unassign issues. While we're on it, we should update all the issues that are currently in the assigned state, but have no assignee.
